Summer camp can be a great place for teens to learn responsiblity as well as have fun.
Summer camp can be a great experience for a teen. The knowledge and learning experiences while at a summer camp are unique to every individual and remembered forever. Unfortunately, summer camps are often expensive and seem out of financial reach for some parents, which mean that many teens never get to experience the joys of going to a summer camp. In recent years, many camps have tried to meet the financial needs of families by lowering their prices as well as offering financial assistance. These camps offer reasonable rates for camp sessions and some even offer financial assistance that covers anywhere from 10 to 50 percent or more of camp tuition.
