Make Your Own Oxygenating Mouthwash

The bacteria that cause bad breath, which live inside the tastebuds and at the back of the throat, are often anaerobic, meaning that they can live without oxygen, and, in fact, can even be harmed by oxygen. An oxygenating mouthwash will help to eliminate these bacteria. Luckily, you can make your own oxygenating mouthwash, thus saving money and using ingredients that are probably already stored in your home. Oxygenating your mouth will significantly reduce the bacteria that cause bad breath.

Instructions

1. Pour out 1/4 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution.

2. Mix the hydrogen peroxide solution with an equal amount of water.

3. Gargle with your hydrogen peroxide and water mix. This mouthwash will treat bad breath very effectively.
