Scanners That Work With Linux

There are a few scanners that work well with Linux.

While the Linux operating system has made numerous improvements in hardware compatibility and consumer ease-of-use, there are still some devices that don't work properly. Some of the most notably difficult of these devices are scanners. While most come with software drivers for both Windows and Mac OS, the majority still do not have out-of-the-box support for Linux. Fortunately, there are a few scanners that have been tested on and work well with Linux.

It has a 35mm slide, film strip and medium format adapter and a photo software suite, fully compatible with Linux. The scanning resolution goes up to 3200 x 6400 dpi and uses high speed USB 2.0.
