Charge A Canon Fs200

Canon model BP-808 is the only approved battery pack for the FS200 camcorder.

The FS200 is a compact standard-definition camcorder that Canon first released to the public in February 2009. Everything that you need to power up the camcorder ships with the device, including a power cord, an AC adapter and a battery pack. When you're at home, you can plug the camcorder directly into a wall outlet. For outdoor use, you'll need to charge the camera's battery pack.

Instructions

1. Connect the FS200's power cord to the AC power adapter that came with the camcorder.

2. Plug the power cord into an outlet.

3. Plug the power adapter in to the FS200's "DC IN" jack. The DC IN jack is located to the left of the camcorder's lens.

4. Open the battery compartment cover by sliding it away from the lens. The battery compartment is adjacent to the DC IN jack.

5. Insert the Canon BP-808 battery pack into the battery compartment. Push the battery pack down into the compartment until you hear a click.

6. Slide the battery compartment closed. You will hear a click when the cover is secured.

7. Wait 140 minutes for the battery pack to charge fully.
