Put Music On Nextel I870

The Nextel i870 is a multimedia intuitive mobile phone that allows you to not only make calls, but upload and listen to music. Small enough to fit in pockets, this mobile device sports an MP3 player, allowing you to listen to your favorite tunes wherever you go. Using a Widen high-data transfer, transferring music from your computer, to your phone is an easy task that will have you listening to music in no time.


Instructions


Transferring Music from your PC


1. Connect one end of the USB cable to your phone and the other end to an empty USB port on your computer. Your computer will automatically recognize the new device.


2. Double-click "My Computer" on your desktop. You will see your computer listed as a removal disk. It could either be the (C:), (E:), (D:), (F:) drive depending on your computer.


3. Double-click on your phone removal device, to open and reveal its contents. Double-click the "Music" folder.


4. Copy and paste MP3 audio files to the Music folder on your phone. Alternatively, you can drag and drop MP3 music files from your computer to the Music folder on your phone.


Transferring Music from your Macintosh


5. Connect one end of the USB cable to the phone. Connect the other end to an open USB port on your computer. Your Macintosh will recognize the device and list it as a hard drive on the desktop.


6. Double-click your device from the desktop to open it and reveal its contents.


7. Double-click the "Music" to open it. Copy and paste MP3 music files from your computer to the Music folder to transfer them. Alternatively, drag and drop MP3 music files to the "Music" folder to transfer them.
