Connecting a camera to a PC is quite simple.
You have been out and about shooting images with your new Fuji digital camera and now the time has come to do something with the images. The first thing that you will have to do is get the images from your camera to your PC. This is actually quite simple. After that, you can print and email your photos.
Instructions
1. Even if you have done this before, it is a good idea to read over any instructional information that came with your camera. Different manufactures offer different tips and instructions. Become familiar with what Fuji has written about your camera.
2. Locate the USB cable that came with your camera. It will have a standard USB plug on one end and a camera plug on the other end.
3. Make sure that the camera is off and then connect it to your PC via the USB cable.
4. Turn the camera on and wait for the "New Hardware Wizard" to start on your PC. Follow along and perform any steps that the wizard asks you to do. In many cases, the PC will have the software for your camera pre-installed. If this is not the case, the wizard will ask you to insert the software CD that came with your computer.
