The Motorola KRZR cell phone was designed with an integrated digital camera and media player. Photographs, videos and other media files take up a lot of memory, so Motorola included a microSD card slot to expand the memory capabilities of the KRZR. By properly installing a microSD card into the KRZR, you can expand the memory up to two GB, an increase from the 20 MB of storage space if you do not install a microSD card.
Instructions
1. Flip the phone over so the bottom is facing up, lift up the battery cover from the notch located at the top of the Motorola KRZR and pull it off of the phone to access the battery compartment. The SD card holder is located in the battery compartment.
2. Slide the SD card into the SD card holder with the contacts facing down and the arrow on the card facing to the right side of the phone. The SD card holder is has a metal piece that holds it in the phone. You do not remove the battery to insert the SD card.
3. Place the bottom of the battery cover over the bottom of the battery compartment, then press down on the top of the cover until you hear it click into place.
