Windows Mobile device owners are all too familiar with the seemingly unlimited number of things that can go wrong when the device is synced with a computer. If a problem happens during a sync operation, you may end up with calendar entries that are corrupted or otherwise unusable. Delete your calendar to remove these corrupted entries and re-sync your device from scratch.
Instructions
Windows Vista and 7
1. Connect the device to your computer and allow it to sync with the Windows Mobile Device Center. Hover your mouse over "Mobile Device Settings" and click "Change content sync settings."
2. Remove the check from the box labeled "Calendar" and click "Save."
3. Click "Yes." The calendar entries synced from your computer will be deleted.
4. Place a check in the "Calendar" box before re-syncing your device to replace the calendar entries that were deleted.
Windows XP and Earlier
5. Connect the device to your computer and allow it to sync with ActiveSync. Click "Tools," then click "Options."
6. Remove the check from the box labeled "Calendar" and click "OK."
7. Click "Sync" to re-sync your device. The calendar entries synced from your computer will be deleted.
8. Place a check in the "Calendar" box before syncing your device again to replace the calendar entries that were deleted.
