Logitech Z4 Vs Z2300

The Logitech Z-4 and Logitech Z-2300 are 2.1-channel speaker systems from peripheral electronics manufacturer Logitech, consisting of two stereo speakers and a subwoofer. Although they are similar in this regard, the Z-4 and Z-2300 have some major differences.


Total Power


The Logitech Z-4's speakers produce 8.5 watts each for a total of 17 watts, and the subwoofer produces 23 watts. This combines for a total power of 40 watts. The Logitech Z-2300 is more powerful than its Z-4 counterpart: a total power of 200 watts split into 80 watts for the speakers (40 watts each) and 120 watts for the subwoofer.








Total Peak Power


The Logitech Z-4 has a total peak power of 80 watts. The Z-2300 has five times that amount, 400 watts.


Physical Dimensions








In height, weight and length, the speakers of the Logitech Z-4 measure 9 by 3 by 3.75 inches and the subwoofer measures 9 by 9 by 9.37 inches. As for the Logitech Z-2300, the speakers measure 6.75 by 3.5 by 6 inches while the subwoofer measures 11 by 11 by 15 inches.
