Make A Bluetooth Work On A Motorola Phone

Bluetooth headsets are essentially wireless extensions of a mobile phone. These headsets allow you to make and receive phone calls without using the receiver and holding it up to your ear. Bluetooth headsets will clip onto your ear so no wires are necessary. One of the cell phone manufacturers that allows you to use Bluetooth with its phones is Motorola, and it isn't difficult to do so.

Instructions

1. Look up the pairing code for the Bluetooth device in the manual that came with it. This code will specifically sync the two devices together.

2. Power on both the Motorola phone and the Bluetooth device.

3. Press the "Menu" button on the Motorola phone (the location of the button will vary slightly from phone to phone). The menu screen will now appear on the phone's screen.

4. Select "Bluetooth" from the list menu. When the menu appears select "Scan for Device." The phone will now send out signals for any Bluetooth devices in the area.

5. Choose your Bluetooth device. When you do this you will be asked to insert the pair code you noted before. Type in the appropriate code for the phone and press the "OK" button. The phone and the Bluetooth device will now be synced, for use with your Motorola.
