There are various LG cellular phones on the market. The battery is located on the back of the units. Some battery doors are a little different than others, but one thing these compartment covers have in common is that they can be quickly removed.
Instructions
1. Turn off your phone by pressing the front "Power" button.
2. Turn the phone over and notice the battery door on the back of the phone. On some models, it will be on the lower half of the phone, on others the top half, and some are so large they will take up almost all of the rear panel of the phone.
3. Press gently down on the battery door and slide it off of the phone. Some doors will slide up while others slide down and off of the phone. Some will even slide sideways off of the unit. If there is a battery latch on the top of the battery door, press it down before sliding the compartment cover off. Locate the battery sitting in the compartment on the inside of the phone.
4. Reverse the steps to replace the battery door.
