The Palm Tungsten E2 comes with Palm's operating system, which includes a number of features including a media and photo application. If you have pictures on your computer that you want to transfer to your Tungsten E2, you can do so using the Palm Desktop software that came with your Tungsten E2. If you cannot find the software disc, you can fortunately download it free from the Palm website.
Instructions
1. Insert the Palm Desktop software disc into your computer's CD drive. Click "Next" to view the terms and conditions associated with the installation, and then click "Next" again. Continue clicking "Next." The on-screen prompts will perform the installation for you. When the installation is complete, you'll see a "Palm Desktop" icon accessible via the "Start" menu or desktop.
2. Connect the Tungsten E2's USB cable that came with the device to your computer's USB port.
3. Double-click the "Palm Desktop" icon to open the program.
4. Click "Media" followed by "Add Media."
5. Click on the photos you want to add to your Tungsten E2. If you want to add all of the photos from your computer, click "HotSync." This option automatically synchronizes all of your photos and transfers them to your Palm device.
6. Right-click on the "USB" icon in the notification bar when the transfer is complete. Click "Safely Remove Hardware." Unplug the device.
