Man

An iPhone is an all-in-one device that has phone, music player and internet capabilities. It uses wifi and 3G to connect to the internet, allows you to connect with others, and play music, movies and TV shows. It is a revolutionary device that has a lot of uses to make life more productive.

Instructions

1. Install desired applications and download music onto your iPhone from your computer. An iPhone can hold data and music files, and downloading applications as well as music will expand an iPhone's capabilities to more than just a phone.

2. Manage your contacts in the address book. An iPhone is primarily a phone and it is important that you keep an updated list of your contacts in your phone book. You can use these updated contact information to send business cards and locate people.

3. Call your friends. Take advantage of an iPhone's features by assigning speed dial to your contacts, group them into categories and assign ringtones to them. You can also organize your contacts and assign them to favorite status. You can also do a hands-free call using the iPhone's headphones.

4. Send text messages. Text messages on an iPhone appear as chats, making it more convenient for you to follow text conversations with your friends. You can send messages with text, audio and video, photos, location and contact information. It can also work just like email, allowing you to forward messages to other people.

5. Use the internet on the iPhone. iPhone users have data plans with their cellphone service provider that they can use to surf the internet, check email and update their applications. Even if you don't have a data plan, it is still possible to use the internet within WiFi areas.
