Instructions

2. Provide the customer service representative with the name on the account, wireless telephone number and your billing passcode if you have one.
3. Explain to the representative that you would like to extend the amount of time your phone rings before being sent to voicemail. There is no charge for this service. The representative should complete this for you right away and may want to make a test call.
