Instructions
1. Get the necessary information you will need in order to retrieve the cell phone call records. You will need to know the exact name on the bill, the account number, the billing address, the phone number and possibly your social security number (depending on the company).
2. Call your cell phone company.
3. Explain that you are hoping to obtain cell phone records for your particular phone number. Once you do, you will be asked to verify your account information. Be sure to give each piece of information that is requested to the person you're speaking with or else you won't be able to retrieve the cell phone records.
4. Tell the person all that you want to know about the cell phone call records. For example, you may simply want to know which numbers you called during the previous month or you may be interested in learning the particulars about a call you made last November. By explaining everything you want to learn, you can be sure that you will be satisfied when you receive the cell phone call records.
5. Give the person your mailing address. The cell phone call records should come by mail within one to two weeks.
