Download Digital Camera Files to a Computer
The beauty of digital cameras is you can almost instantly view pictures or transfer them to your computer for printing and editing. To download files from a digital camera, you need to copy the files from the camera's storage device (either internal or a memory card) to that of the computer, similar to any other file transfer. The time it takes to do this task depends on the number of pictures, but usually takes only a few minutes and is similar for both Mac and PC.
