Delete Pictures From An Sd Card On A Wildview Camera

A Wildview camera is what's known as a "game" camera. This is a digital camera that can be placed in a static position and automatically take pictures of passing wildlife via a motion sensor on the front of the unit. This is valuable for hunters, nature enthusiasts and wildlife photographers. Like many other digital cameras, it uses a SD (Secure Digital) memory card to store photos. You can delete any of these photos quickly.

Instructions

1. Turn on your Wildview camera. If it is plugged into your computer via the included data cable, unplug it from the computer.

2. Slide the "Power" switch on the rear of the camera to the "PIR" position. The display screen on the back of the unit will list the amount of pictures stored in the camera.

3. Press the "Set" button on the control pad and the camera will switch to delete mode.

4. Press "Up" or "Down" on the keypad to scroll to the "d-ONE" setting. This setting means you will delete one image at a time. You can also scroll to "d-ALL" if you would like to delete all pictures on the memory card at one time.

5. Press "Set" to delete the images one at a time. They will be listed according to the last image saved in the memory. If you chose to delete all photos a screen prompt will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Do so and all the images will be deleted from the SD card.
