Making regular 3D videos can be done quickly with a 3D webcam.
Do you enjoy the fun visuals when watching a movie in 3D? Producing your own 3D video can be just as exhilarating as watching one. Fortunately, there are affordable 3D webcams available that will allow you to do this. You can even upload your 3D video to video websites to show your friends.
Instructions
1. Choose a 3D webcam (see resources for links to 3D webcams). 3D webcams use two lenses to record at the same time, using different angles. This is essential for the 3D effect to be produced.
2. Connect your 3D webcam to your computer using a USB cable.
3. Run the installation software that came with your 3D webcam. Follow the on-screen prompts until the installation is complete. Restart your computer.
4. Run the 3D webcam software. Select "3D Mode." Click the Record button (indicated by a red dot) embedded in the software to start filming.
5. Click the Stop button (indicated by a square) to stop recording. Save the video file to your computer.
6. Use the 3D glasses that came with your webcam to view your newly-recorded 3D video.
