Most wireless phones use a small memory stick, better known as a SIM card. The SIM card stores important information regarding the phone and it is also capable or saving data such as contact information, pictures, videos and even music files. Some phones save contact information, by default, onto the hard-drive memory of the phone. If this is the case and you want to copy the numbers over to the SIM card there are a few specific steps you need to follow.
Instructions
1. Power on your wireless phone and bring up the menu selection.
2. Navigate over to your contacts list. Scroll through the list of contacts until you find the individual who's contact information you want to copy over.
3. Select the individual who's information you want to copy to the SIM phone. This is going to bring up their name, number and any other information saved into the phone.
4. Move down on the selection screen and click "Copy to SIM Phone Book". The actual wording may change slightly depending on what make and model phone you have. On some phones you need to click on an "Options" selection, before clicking "Copy to SIM".
5. Save the information and proceed to copy over any other phone numbers you want to save to the SIM card.
