Convert Film To Digital Pictures

Your film can be converted to digital photos that can be stored on your computer

Camera technology went through an extreme makeover, resulting in film cameras becoming close to (if not entirely) obsolete. However, there are still those who cling to their old cameras and the film that goes with them. If you are one of these people and are just now deciding to make the switch to digital, with the help of an inexpensive scanner you can convert your film to digital pictures.

Instructions

1. Connect your film scanner to your computer via the supplied cable and then follow the onscreen instructions to prepare it for use. If you need help with this, consult the scanner user manual.

2. Insert the strip of film into the slot or tray on the scanner and close the tray (if necessary).

3. Press the "Scan" button on the scanner to scan the film to your computer. When the process completes, your film will be converted to a digital picture that you can access and view on your computer at any time.
