Delete Photos From A Sony Micro Vault 1 Gb Memory Stick

You only need a Sony camera to delete unwanted images.

The Sony MicroVvault memory stick (with one gigabyte) is a media storage card used in most Sony digital cameras. A captured image is saved directly onto this memory stick. Although one gigabytes does hold hundreds of images, it is a good idea to delete photos you don't need. This is done directly through the camera, so there is no need to obtain special cables and hardware to remove the images using a computer.

Instructions

1. Insert the memory stick in the memory card slot on the Sony digital camera.

2. Power on the Sony digital camera and set it to "Playback" mode.

3. Scroll through the images using the left and right directional buttons.

4. Stop on any image you want to delete. Push the "Delete" button and a small prompt appears on the screen, asking if you are sure you want to delete the image from the memory card. Push the left/right direction buttons to highlight "Yes", and then push "Delete". The image is removed.
