Transfer Photos From My Pc To A Digital Frame

Digital frames have their own hard drive where all of the photos are saved and then displayed as slide presentation. Depending on the type of your digital frame there should be either a USB port or an SD memory card reader slot. In the former case you need to connect the digital frame to your PC as an external hard drive for a direct file transfer, and in the latter you need to copy all pictures to the SD memory card first and then to the digital frame itself.


Instructions


USB Cable








1. Connect the USB ports of your computer and the digital frame using the supplied USB cable.


2. Navigate to the location of your photos on the hard drive, select them using your mouse, right-click the selection and select "Copy."


3. Go to the "Start" menu an click "My Computer" or "Computer." The digital frame will be displayed as a new external drive.


4. Right-click the digital frame external hard drive icon and select "Paste."


SD Memory Card


5. Insert the SD memory card in the card reader on your PC.


6. Navigate to the location of your photos on the hard drive, select them using your mouse, right-click the selection and select "Copy."


7. Go to the "Start" menu an click "My Computer" or "Computer." SD memory card will be displayed as a new external drive.


8. Right-click the SD memory card drive icon and select "Paste."


9. Take the SD memory card out of the PC slot and insert it into the digital frame's card reader. Follow the prompts on the digital frame's screen to transfer the photos to the frame's hard drive.
