With digital photo frames you can carry your most cherished photos with you and display them anywhere with enough desk space. Digital frames allow you to use a single frame to display several photos, with each photo being displayed for a time interval of your choice. When you upload photos to your frame, you create a copy of your images and send those copies to the device via the USB cable. Once the photos are stored in the photo frame, you will not have to connect the device to the computer again unless you wish to upload or delete images.
Instructions
1. Turn your digital frame on by either flipping its switch, or plugging it in if it does not have a switch.
2. Attach the frame's USB cable to its USB port if it is not permanently attached.
3. Plug the other end of the frame's USB cable into an available USB port on your computer.
4. Click "Start" and then click "Computer."
5. Right-click the icon under "Devices with Removable Storage" that represents your digital photo frame and click "Open."
6. Minimize the digital frame's window.
7. Click "Start" and then click "Computer." Navigate to the directory that contains the photos that you would like to upload.
8. Holding the "Ctrl" key, click the file name of every file that you would like to upload. Release the "Ctrl" key, click "Edit" and then click "Copy."
9. Return to the digital frame's window by clicking its icon in your task bar.
10. Double-click the folder within the digital frame's window that says "My Pictures."
11. Click "Edit" and then click "Paste."
12. Click the small triangle in the notification area of the task bar, and then click the small icon that contains a USB connector and a green check mark. Click "Open Devices and Printers."
13. Select the name of your digital frame from the list that appears by clicking it. Click the "Eject" option to safely disconnect the device from the computer.
