In order to transfer playlists from one Zune to another, set each Zune to sync manually instead of automatically. You can then use the same computer to manage both Zunes and transfer playlists between each and sync your devices. You can share some content between each, too. Since Zune restricts some content, you may not be able to link all of the content in your playlists to more than one Zune.
Instructions
1. Plug your Zune into your computer using a USB cable.
2. Start the Zune software by double-clicking on the Zune icon on your computer desktop, if it does not open automatically. The "Quickplay" menu screen will appear.
3. Set your Zune to sync manually, instead of automatically, by clicking "Settings," "Device," "Sync Options," and then "Manual Sync."
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the second Zune.
5. Connect the second Zune to your computer as a "Guest." Zune software does not automatically sync with more than one Zune player.
6. Sync selected items, such as the content of a playlist, by manually dragging them to the guest Zune player. What you can sync depends on the usage rights for the particular content (see "Tips" below). It may take some time if this is the first time you have connected this Zune, or you haven't synced in a long time. The device will charge at the same time.
7. Disconnect your Zune and see if the playlist transferred.
