The Mino Flip has brought HD video recording to the palm of your hand, but importing videos that you have recorded back into the Flip may be confusing at first. The Flip only has up to a few gigabytes of memory, so you will have to back up videos at some point on your computer. Once on there, you will need to know get them back onto the camera. Importing video to a Flip takes only a few minutes.
Instructions
1. Connect the Flip to your computer by way of its USB port. The on-board drivers will load, and you will see a message stating that the device is ready to be used.
2. Click "Start" and then "My Computer." You should now see the Flip as a drive on your machine. Click on the Flip device icon on that screen.
3. Drag the Flip video drives from your computer onto the camera's drive icon. This will put all the videos that you are relocating onto the Flip's hard drive. Right-click on the Flip icon and select "Safely Remove Device." Your videos have now been imported into the Flip and are ready for viewing.
