Ghost and paranormal researchers posit that EMFs can be captured and studied.
Changing the settings on your Polaroid camera can make it easier to capture electromagnetic field images. Capturing EMFs with Polaroid cameras is associated with ghost research and aural interpretation. A standard Polaroid camera can only detect electromagnetic radiation in the visible spectrum, but the film and cameras can be adapted to react to other types of EMFs through processes that include Kirilian Photography. Allowing more EMR into the Polaroid will increase the likelihood of capturing an EMF on film.
Instructions
1. Turn off the flash, if your Polaroid camera is equipped with one. The flash may wash out any EMF in the area and make it impossible to capture on film.
2. Increase the exposure value. Depending on your model of Polaroid you might have a knob or a slider. Move the exposure value to the highest setting, which will keep the shutter open longer and provide the most EMR to the film. Typically the higher exposure value will be represented by white, while the lower exposer value is shown in black or gray.
3. Set the Polaroid on a tripod or other stabilization device. Because the exposure value is long, the image will be affected by any movement in the camera while the picture is being taken. Stabilize the camera so that you have a clearer picture of the EMF.
