Scan Pictures On An Hp Photosmart C4580

Many HP All-in-One printers also allow users to make a copy of a photo without scanning.

The HP Photosmart C4580 is an all-in-one printer that allows users to easily scan, save and print photographs at their convenience. The printer also comes with an HP software disk that includes HP Photosmart scanning software. If you do not have the software installed on your computer, you can install the HP Photosmart software by using your installation CD. You can also download the software free on HP's website if you cannot locate your original disc.

Instructions

1. Place your document or photograph face down and position it on the right front corner of the scanner bed.

2. Press the "Scan/Reprint" button on your printer and then select the "Scan to PC" option.

3. Press "OK" to start the scanning process. Your HP Photosmart software will open and a preview of your scan will appear on the screen. You can also use the editing tools on the right side of the screen to resize or rotate your scan.
