Aesthetics and Functionality
The Fisher Slim-200 comes with a table stand but is easily wall-mountable with its vertical loading CD changer and see-through motorized CD doors. The Slim-2000 is a stylish system that includes three interchangeable-color speaker grills.
The Slim-2000 features a rich, blue mood-light setting that gently illuminates the CD changer and creates a more ambient feel for the listener.
It is not purely about the aesthetics. The Fisher Slim-2000 is packed with popular features such as multiple station presets, a choice of surround settings, large multi-function backlit LCD display, and programmable sleep settings that allow you to fall asleep or wake up with the Surewake alarm function to your favorite radio station or CD.

Audio

The Fisher Slim-2000 features 8x digital filter oversampling, leading to dramatically improved resolution and reduced noise.
The Slim-2000 features a digital tuner display for the AM/FM stereo and is capable of up to 40 presets, allowing the user to set up to 20 AM presets and 20 FM presets.
Speakers
The Fisher Slim-2000 features two-way bass reflex speakers that can be detached from the main body of the stereo. The speakers allow for some customization with the interchangeable-color speaker grills.
