Adjust Sennheiser Sound Headphones

Sennheiser manufactures audiophile-quality headphones for private listening to audio sources. Each Sennheiser has multiple points of adjustment for comfort, as well as detachable ear pads that can be cleaned safely and independently of the electronics in the headphone. Adjusting your Sennheiser headphones can improve the listening experience by ensuring the best possible fit. Sennheiser headphones are designed to fit over the entire ear on each side to maximize sound quality while reducing external noise.

Instructions

1. Grip the center connector that fits over the top of your head and pull gently on each headpiece to adjust the length of the speaker on each side of the headphones. Larger head sizes will require more extension in the slides above the speakers.

2. Hold each headpiece in one hand and pull them apart gently to lower the Sennheiser headphones onto your head. With proper extension, each headpiece should fit comfortably over an entire ear.

3. Adjust the volume control on the headphones if your particular Sennheiser model is equipped with an in-line volume control. Rotate the wheel on the control to increase or decrease the volume.

4. Remove the headphones and pull the sides of the ear pads to remove them from the headphones for cleaning. Wash them by hand with a mild liquid detergent and then air dry them. Each ear piece will snap back onto the housing.
