Access Tmobile Voicemail In Europe

Checking your T-Mobile voicemail while abroad.

T-Mobile is an international cellular service provider. They offer service in many countries, including most of Europe. When traveling abroad, you should first contact your service provider to have them explain their international rate policies, including data and voicemail features. Checking your voicemail while abroad is a simple process, but it can be costly.

Instructions

1. Contact T-Mobile to let them know you will be traveling out of the country and possibly still using their phone. They can assist you in making sure you get the best rates possible or advise you utilize your service while there.

2. Dial your own phone number, with the country code, and a "1" first. The country code to call the United States from Europe is 00. For example, if your phone number was 555-555-5555, you would dial, "00-1-555-555-5555."

3. Follow the prompts as your normally would. You may be required to enter your voicemail password. Connecting to your voicemail will initially cause you to be billed for two minutes of airtime: the first minute for placing an international call and the second minute because T-Mobile must reroute the call back to the location from which you are calling.
