Set Up A Simple Security Camera

Technology is becoming cheaper, leading more and more people to venture into realms they hadn't thought previously possible. One of those realms is security; surveillance was once a luxury found only in the homes of the elite, but now can be found quite commonly in homes across America thanks to its declining expense. Not only are security and spy cameras becoming cheaper, but they're also actually quite easy to use.

Instructions

Setting up a Security Camera

1. Place the camera within the room you wish to monitor. To get the best angles, place the camera high and pointed downward. You can either hide it or make it clearly visible to alert any potential intruders that they're being watched.

2. Connect the video output of the wireless receiver to the video input of the monitor, which in many cases is simply an extra television set, by using the composite video cable, which should have a yellow plastic head.

3. Turn on all three devices.

4. Synchronize the wireless receiver to the camera by tuning through its frequencies until the images captured by the camera appear on the monitor.
