Change The Accent Color In A Canon Sd1100

The Canon SD1100 digital camera was designed with My Colors Mode, which allows the photographer to specify a certain color they would like amplified in their photographs. The colors included in My Colors Mode are blue, green and red. When one of the color options is selected in My Colors Mode, all instances of the color are accented when a picture is taken, making the color appear more vivid.

Instructions

1. Press the "Func./Set" button on the back of the camera to open the camera menu. You can view the Canon SD1100 menu on the LCD screen.

2. Push the down arrow button until "Off" is highlighted, and then select the color you want to accent using the left or right arrow buttons. Choose "B" for blue, "G" for green or "R" for red.

3. Save the color accent setting by pressing the "Func./Set" button.

4. Reset the color setting by opening the camera's menu, pressing the down arrow button to select the letter of the color selected in Step 2, and the right or left arrow buttons to select "Off." Save the setting by pressing the "Func./Set" button.
