Installing a Sony car audio system is a straightforward task. However, it does require some preparation before attempting to complete the job. Instructions

2. Find a suitable connection point for the ground wire. Ideally, connect the ground to the metal battery terminal or the inside metal panel of the car body. Connect the Sony car audio live wires to the universal connecting block. The live wires are colored in red or yellow or both. 3. Place the newly wired Sony car stereo into the car stereo slot. Use the Sony release key to secure the bracket by rotating the bolts until they lock into place.
