Tune A Digital Tv To A Coaxial Distribution Feed

Coaxial is an audio/video technology used to transmit TV channels to TVs. If you have a coaxial connection with no cable box or satellite receiver, your TV needs to have a built-in tuner in order to decode the channels and display the signal onscreen. If your digital TV is already connected to a coaxial distribution feed, all you need to do is tune it to the proper input mode.

Instructions

1. Make sure the coaxial cable is securely connected to the "Coaxial In" connection on the back of your TV, then turn on your TV.

2. Turn on your digital antenna, if applicable, to initialize transmission of the TV signal.

3. Press the "Input" button repeatedly on your remote control or TV buttons panel to scroll through your TV's input modes; stop when you get to the "Coaxial" or "TV" mode.

4. Use the "Channel up" and "Channel down" buttons on your remote control or TV buttons panel to scroll through the available channels.
